This Privacy Policy explains how U Hirable ("we", "us") handles information when you visit uhirable.github.io or use our forms and links.
Information we collect
- Information you send us: when you apply for a job or submit a hiring request, our forms (powered by Tally) collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, CV and role details.
- Messages: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and the third-party services listed below may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use your information
- To review your application and match you with relevant job opportunities.
- To understand a company's hiring needs and connect them with suitable candidates or partners.
- To reply to your messages.
We do not sell your personal information. With your application, we may share your CV and details with the hiring company or recruitment partner for the role you applied to.
Third-party services and cookies
Our site uses third-party services that may set cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies:
- Tally for application and hiring forms.
- Affiliate and referral partners (for example through Rewardful, PartnerStack, Referral Rock and Impact) that use cookies or link tracking to credit referrals when you click a partner link.
- GoatCounter for privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country and device type). It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.
- Google Search Console to understand how our site appears in Google Search.
- LinkedIn and WhatsApp when you use our share buttons.
When you leave our site through a partner link, that partner's privacy policy applies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, update or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing u.hirable@proton.me. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
